Students may borrow materials for two weeks and
renew them as needed. Overdue notices are issued
through the advisories. After three overdue notices
are delivered, a letter is mailed home asking
parental assistance in locating the missing item.
If an item is lost, the standard charge is $20;
$17 of the $20 may be refunded if the book eventually
is found and returned in the same school year.

grade may borrow one book and one music CD, or
only one book. They may not borrow another book
until any items already borrowed are returned.

Students do not borrow books directly. The librarians
bring books connected to the curriculum for the
students to keep in the classroom throughout the
week.
