Message from Head of Middle School

The Middle School at AOS is an exciting place. With 300 students from fifth through eighth grade, we strive to be a school where young people can feel safe and are encouraged to achieve their goals. We are committed to embracing the Christian principles of love, compassion, and respect for others when working with our students and parents. AOS provides its students with an excellent education and opportunities for them to explore their individual interests and talents. Our administrators, faculty, and staff are all dedicated to the success of our students.

AOS academics are challenging, and our students are well-rounded, hardworking, young people. More information about our core curriculum enrichment classes and extracurricular offerings can be found here.

Together with our parents, we guide our students through the exhilarating and sometimes challenging middle school years. As a team, we prepare them for high school and life beyond AOS. Our Heading for High School Program begins in seventh grade and assists families with the task of finding the best high school for their child. There is a strong sense of family on the campus of AOS, and we hope that our concern for each other will make a difference in the lives of our families and the broader community.

Please contact our Admissions Office for a tour of our middle school. I also welcome you to contact me if you have any questions.

Sincerely,

Clint DuBose
