Food Offering
Penny Angelo

This year, the AOS community went the extra mile to help feed our neighbors in Houston. Students brought numerous non-perishable food items to school for the annual Thanksgiving Food Offering, and because of their generosity, AOS was able to bless both Emily’s Pantry at All Saints Episcopal Church and the Gulf Coast Community Services Association. This act of kindness was a great way to not only kick off the Thanksgiving Holiday break, but to remember what the Bible tells us about helping others in Matthew 25:40: “The King will reply, ‘Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me.’"
