Sharing God’s Love
Penny Angelo

Jones Center students attended their first chapel service of the year and learned a beautiful lesson about love. Students quietly filed into the Cathedral, respectfully folded their little hands, and began with a short prayer. Then, Mrs. Koinis demonstrated God’s endless love with a pitcher of pink water that first filled a single cup, but then quickly overflowed. She explained that love is meant to be shared and given away so it can spread to others. Students watched as Mrs. Koinis also filled other teachers’ cups with “love.” To conclude, everyone sang a sweet song together, making the first day of chapel the perfect start to the week!
