5th Grade Builds Lightbulbs

In a collaboration between their science and engineering classes, 5th-grade students recently completed units on energy, energy conversion, light energy, and circuits. Pairs of students then built their own simple series circuit under the supervision of Mrs. Alicia McDonald, Middle School Robotics Teacher. The end result - a bulb filament emitting light!
