The mission of AOS athletics is to nurture the whole person—the spiritual, the mental, the emotional, and the physical. Student-athletes are encouraged to try any and all sports as long as they are committed to work as a team member and attend practice and games.

5th Grade Cathedral Scavenger Hunt

In their religion class, 5th-grade students visited the Cathedral and identified items described in the Old Testament that are shared by both the Jewish tradition and the Orthodox church. These items include incense, an altar, lampstands/candle stands, etc.
