Third-grade students learned about Indian culture through music this week. AOS parent, Amishi S., shared many fun facts with students in Mr. Row’s class. She covered famous musicians from India, Bollywood as a source of popular music, the different instruments that can be heard in Indian songs, and of course, Indian dances from classical to Raas and Bhangra. Students had a great time moving to the beat!
