The mission of AOS athletics is to nurture the whole person—the spiritual, the mental, the emotional, and the physical. Student-athletes are encouraged to try any and all sports as long as they are committed to work as a team member and attend practice and games.

As part of their Second Step curriculum, 7th-grade students have been working on strategies to manage emotions and make positive decisions. They created comics summarizing “Making Better Choices.” This comic was drawn by Noah W.
