The mission of AOS athletics is to nurture the whole person—the spiritual, the mental, the emotional, and the physical. Student-athletes are encouraged to try any and all sports as long as they are committed to work as a team member and attend practice and games.

Mrs. Wise’s 8th-grade drawing class began their first steps toward printmaking. They started by choosing a 3D object from everyday life, then blocked out a sketch before adding detail. Students sketched a variety of objects including a sneaker, an orange, sunglasses, and even a scrunchie. Mrs. Wise provided students with one-on-one assistance and gave each artist helpful tips and tricks to perfect their drawings.
