Portraits with Dad
Penny Angelo

Fourth-grade students learned how to sketch portraits from one of our very own AOS dads! Mr. B began by teaching students how to physically move from their shoulders when using a pencil to outline a face. Then, students drew lines across the face to determine eyebrow, eye, nose, mouth, chin, and ear placements. Students especially enjoyed drawing hair on their portraits! It was such a treat to have an AOS parent in our art class, and students had a great time expressing their creativity.
