The mission of AOS athletics is to nurture the whole person—the spiritual, the mental, the emotional, and the physical. Student-athletes are encouraged to try any and all sports as long as they are committed to work as a team member and attend practice and games.

Texas in 3D

4th-grade students put their geography skills to work! After researching an assigned region in Texas, students used their knowledge to create a 3D map of the state. Working in groups in the Eureka Lab, students used various materials to identify, locate, and describe the different physical regions. This project was a great way to explore the vast expanse of Texas without ever leaving the classroom!
