The Day Camp is available to campers as young as 3-years-old and up to students entering 4th grade. The specialty camps are available to campers as young as 3-years-old and up to students entering 8th grade. Camps run Monday-Friday, from 9:00 AM-3:30 PM, with a morning care add-on option from 7:00-9:00 AM.

Closed July 3- 7

  • Session 4: July 10-14

All camps are based on your camper’s age starting June 5, 2023 (for 3 and 4-year-olds) or their rising grade level for the 2023-2024 school year.

All camps (day camp & specialty camps) have a maximum enrollment and may fill before the summer begins. Adding your camper to the waitlist does not guarantee a space for them in the program. Canceling a specialty camp does not guarantee a space for your child in the day camp program.

Day Camp

The Camp AOS Day Camp is a high-fun, high-energy program with activities fit for all preschool and elementary age groups. Guided by a designated camp counselor, students delight in group games, arts & crafts projects, STEAM challenges, and so much more. With both half-day and full-day options, the day camp program is a great choice for any camper who enjoys that true “summer camp” experience.

Highlights:

  • Half-day & full-day options

  • Splashday (3 year olds-Kindergarten) on Tuesday & Thursday mornings

  • Swimming twice a week (1st-4th* grades) on Tuesday & Thursday afternoons

  • Weekly field trips (Kindergarten-4th*)

  • On-campus encounters each Friday

  • Lunch provided for full-day campers

  • Friday Fun Days!

  • Endless fun!

*Based on previous registration trends, we have decided to end our Day Camp program at 4th grade. We have increased the number of  Specialty Camp opportunities for 5th-8th graders to accommodate this change.

We are happy to accommodate a buddy request for friends who would like to be placed in the same camp group!

  • Campers must be the same age/grade level

  • Buddy request must be submitted at the time of registration

More Information

Specialty Camps

Specialty camps are the perfect option for those campers who wish to increase their knowledge and skill in a specific activity without forgoing summertime fun. Whether your child is a sports-fanatic, a junior scientist, an arts-dabbler, or budding engineer, the Camp AOS Specialty Camps are sure to offer a program that serves your child’s varied interests.

All specialty camps run half days either in the morning or afternoon, except for the Summer Musical Theater Intensive, Rice University School Mathematics Project and the Creative Writing Camp which are full-day camps.

Campers in Specialty Camps do not participate in any of the Day Camp activities including Splashday, swimming, or field trips. Lunch is available for an additional fee for those “specialty” campers enrolled in morning and afternoon camps.

Morning Care

Morning Care is available for all campers ages 3-year-old to 8th grade who are enrolled in half day AM or full-day camps.

7:00-9:00 AM: $55/session
