Coming Soon! Camp AOS 2026 Program

Camp AOS offers two types of programs: day camp and specialty camps.

The Day Camp is available to campers as young as 3-years-old and up to students entering 6th grade. The specialty camps are available to campers as young as 3-years-old and up to students entering 8th grade. Camps run Monday-Friday, from 9:00 AM-3:30 PM, with a morning care add-on option from 7:00-9:00 AM.

SESSION DATES for 2026

  • Session 1: June 1-5

  • Session 2: June 8-12

  • Session 3: June 15-19

Closed June 22-July 3

  • Session 4: July 6-10

  • Session 5: July 13-17

  • Session 6: July 20-24

All camps are based on your camper’s age starting June 2, 2026 (for 3 and 4-year-olds) or their rising grade level for the 2026-2027 school year.

All camps (day camp & specialty camps) have a maximum enrollment and may fill before the summer begins. Adding your camper to the waitlist does not guarantee a space for them in the program. Canceling a specialty camp does not guarantee a space for your child in the day camp program.

Day Camp

The Camp AOS Day Camp is a high-fun, high-energy program with activities fit for all preschoolers-6th grade students. Guided by a designated camp counselor, students delight in group theme-based games, arts & crafts projects, STEAM challenges, and so much more. With both half-day and full-day options, the day camp program is a great choice for any camper who enjoys that true “summer camp” experience.

We will do our best to accommodate buddy requests for friends who would like to be placed in the same camp group!

  • Campers must be the same age/grade level

  • Buddy requests must be submitted at the time of registration

Highlights:

  • Half-day & full-day options available

  • Splashday twice a week for 3-year-olds, 4 year-olds & Kindergarten (morning sessions & full-day campers)
  • Swimming twice a week for 1st grade (afternoon sessions & full-day campers)
  • Swimming twice a week for 2nd-7th grade (morning sessions & full-day campers)
    • Change this year: Campers in 2nd-7th grade will have morning swim instead of afternoon. Only those enrolled in morning or full-day camp will participate in free swim.

Specialty Camps

Specialty camps are a great choice for campers who want to dive deeper into a specific interest, without missing out on summer fun. Whether your child loves sports, science, art, or engineering, Camp AOS offers Specialty Camps that inspire, challenge, and engage.

Most Specialty Camps are half-day programs (morning or afternoon), except the Summer Musical Theater Programs, the American Girl Camp, and the Rice University Creative Writing Camp, which are full-day camps.

Please note:

  • Specialty Campers do not participate in Day Camp activities such as Splash Day, swimming, or field trips.
  • Lunch is available for an additional fee for those campers enrolled in morning and afternoon camps.
  • If your child is waitlisted for a Specialty Camp, they are not guaranteed a spot in Day Camp. These are separate programs with separate enrollment.
