Camp AOS 2024 Programs

Camp AOS offers two types of programs: day camp and specialty camps.

The Day Camp is available to campers as young as 3-years-old and up to students entering 5th grade. The specialty camps are available to campers as young as 3-years-old and up to students entering 8th grade. Camps run Monday-Friday, from 9:00 AM-3:30 PM, with a morning care add-on option from 7:00-9:00 AM.

SESSION DATES for 2024

  • Session 1: June 3-7

  • Session 2: June 10-14

  • Session 3: June 17-21

Closed June 24-July 5

  • Session 4: July 8-12

  • Session 5: July 15-19

  • Session 6: July 22-26

All camps are based on your camper’s age starting June 3, 2024 (for 3 and 4-year-olds) or their rising grade level for the 2024-2025 school year.

All camps (day camp & specialty camps) have a maximum enrollment and may fill before the summer begins. Adding your camper to the waitlist does not guarantee a space for them in the program. Canceling a specialty camp does not guarantee a space for your child in the day camp program.

Specialty Camps

Specialty camps are the perfect option for those campers who wish to increase their knowledge and skill in a specific activity without forgoing summertime fun. Whether your child is a sports fanatic, a junior scientist, a budding artist, or an engineer, the Camp AOS Specialty Camps are sure to offer a program that serves your child’s varied interests.

All specialty camps run half days either in the morning or afternoon, except for the Summer Musical Theater Programs, Rice University School Mathematics Project, and the Creative Writing Camp which are full-day camps.

Campers in Specialty Camps do not participate in any of the Day Camp activities including Splashday, swimming, or field trips. Lunch is available for an additional fee for those campers enrolled in morning and afternoon camps.
